The WSA Women's Leadership Conference is an annual event that provides a unique opportunity for participants to develop leadership skills, prepare for success in leadership roles, take advantage of network opportunities, and celebrate strong women creating change in our world. Are you passionate about women's empowerment? Do you have a strong desire to get involved on campus and work with a great leadership team?

The Women's Student Association is proud to release our 2013-2014 Leadership Position Application! We are looking for excited and dedicated student leaders to join our WSA family. All applicants MUST be available to attend WSA leadership and general body meetings every Wednesday between 6:00 and 8:00 pm. If you have any questions, please contact our 2013-2014 President, Taylor Novak, at tnovak8@gmail.com.

Applications are due on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 3, 2013 at 11:59 pm to womensstudentassociation@gmail.com. Be sure to include the application document, a résumé, and any additional documents that were specified in the position description. 

Decisions will be announced by Wednesday, April 10, 2013.

The Women's Student Association is happy to announce that 2013-2014 Executive Board applications are now available! We are looking for passionate, dedicated, and competent leaders that feel connected to our organization's mission. If you are a University of Florida student that cares about empowering women, building a network and community for women at UF, and gaining a fantastic leadership experience, you should apply!

The positions we have available include Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Women's Mentoring Program Executive Director, Women's History Month Executive Director, Women's Leadership Conference Director, and First Year Leadership Program Director.

Applicants must be available from 6:00 pm-8:00 pm every Wednesday from August 2013- April 2014. Applications are due on March 10, 2013 at 11:59 pm to womensstudentassociation@gmail.com. We look forward to receiving your applications and building the future of WSA!

Women's History Month 2013 Award Applications!

Are you an outstanding woman leader on the University of Florida campus? WSA has good news for you! The applications for the 2013 University of Florida Woman Leader of the Year and Phyllis M. Meek Spirit of Susan B. Anthony awards are out! 

Completed applications should be emailed to womensstudentassociation@gmail.com, along with an updated résumé by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, February 25, 2013.The top 3 finalists for each award will be interviewed by a panel of judges at interviews taking place during the week of March 11-15. The awards will be presented at the Women’s History Month Awards Reception on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at 5:30 p.m. at the President’s House. Applicants must be available for both the interview and the award reception to be considered for an award.  

Applicants can apply for both awards, but must submit separate applications.

The Women's Student Association has released our application for the position of President for the 2013-2014 school year. If you adore WSA and want to lead our organization, fill out the application below. Applications are due by Friday, February 15th at 11:59 pm to womensstudentassociation@gmail.com. Keep in mind that you must have 6:00-8:00 pm available EVERY Wednesday!
