What is WSA?

The Women's Student Association (WSA) is more than just a university organization. It is a group of motivated female leaders creating a vast network among students, faculty, alumni and the community in order to advance the growth and success of University of Florida women. We have taken on a new name and are excited to bring new events and a new structure to our organization. Look forward to our annual events such as the Women's Welcome Assembly in the beginning of the fall semester to our Women's History Month celebrations and Women's Leadership Conference in the spring semester. And be excited about our new general body meetings, workshops, service events and socials.

WSA is a place for all UF women to come together with friends, grow and make a difference.

If you didn't know about us before...here is a little background on WSA:

The Women's Student Association (formerly known as the Women's Leadership Council) is excited for another year of serving the University of Florida students. We are a diverse group of student leaders at the University of Florida whose mission is to empower women with the resources, encouragement, and skills they need to become leaders on campus, in the community, and in the world. The Women's Student Association offers diverse array of programming that is relevant to all students at UF including the annual Women's Leadership Conference, Women's History Month, Women's Mentoring Program, and new this year, the Women's Welcome Reception. The General Membership is open to all students, graduate or undergraduate, female or male.

Please let us know what you'd like to see from WSA this year. We have a lot in store and are excited to see you at our events!
